MAIIF AccRep Scheme

Background & Access

Following an extensive trial, the MAIIF AccRep Scheme was approved and adopted for general use by the MAIIF membership during MAIIF 29. The scheme has been designed to provide documentation that will aid cooperation between investigating States and assist AIBs that have a need to operate outside of their jurisdictions to provide suitable credentials to third parties if / when challenged.

Their use is self explanatory. However, if any member needs assistance please contact the General Secretary.

All members are requested to use these documents whenever your organisation is investigating a marine casualty investigation involving more than one administration.
